Comparing results from different branches is not an easy task. Possible reasons are data sources incompability, slight differences in business or regulation on each subsidiary, or personnel not trained in data understanding or reporting. Branches in different countries operating in diverse languages may result on additional challenges. Consequences of not homogeneus data is simple: the Company is blind. With no consistent indicators, the Board cannot perform a balanced benchmark, take right decissions or correct deviations.

In order to solve this problem, Snark supports the Company by choosing the right set of Finance or Operation indicators, which make sense in all the branches. The final aim is to assure all the KPIs are agreed, understood and reported.
