CONSULTANCIES

The object of a any consultancy is to solve a given problem in a short time frame. Sometimes this can´t be accomplished by the Telco on his own. The reason may be lack of knowledge or experience, no resources, or the need of a new perception. In general, some problems cannot be solved by the Telco, because an external vision is demanded.

Sometimes, especially when a financial crisis is hovering, what is demanded is to identify revenue losses. Leakages occur because of several reasons –lack of focus, process failure, not enough resources, etc-. Following standard Revenue Assurance methodology these leakages can be solved. Snark performed about a dozens of consultancies like this, in diverse LatinAm countries and even in Europe.

On the contrary, when it is time of explosive growth and high commercial activity, it is required some help by managing the launch of new product and services. This support is accomplished with a fine tuning between forecasted sales and channel or commercial events along the year, or by bulding some mathematic_modelswhich relates main variables (logistics, resources, economy indexes, Capex) with the desired outcome.

Most relevant problems handled by Snark up to the data have to do with broadband Churn Management –taking into account geographical technical glitches-, correlation analysis of Credit Notes with customers ARPU, installation of lines in Corporate and SME customers, and modelization of growth in start-ups companies by using “S-curves”.
