Snark offers in-company and out-of-the-box trainings about technology, innovation, marketing and communication. The underlying theme in all these trainings is the link between Web 2.0, communication and business and the impact on real life. The trainings are organizad beforehand with the customer. Snark offers content segmentation by means of about 500 content elements relevant in terms of business impact, daily work and audience. Snark also supports evaluation after the training and helps in the follow-up of the audience. Secondary benefits of these trainings are employee climate index improvement, and to keep employees in a state of curiosity about future trends.
These trainings are designed in modules so that each customer can select which ones may fit the audience requirements
- Trainings designed according to the customer. Size of the audience is suggested around 15-20 individuals (typically Managers). The trainings are accomplished in a casual atmosphere, with analogies from Sports, Literature and Films.
- The aim is to level the audience about issues already present in the media, but which in general are informed wihout details or Business implications.
- Snark attempts to answer these two capital questions: "How much does this issue affect my daily work" and "Can you estimate the Business impact on my company"?
- A highly advisable training format is the "Instant-Trends". It is a 90-minutes event which takes place during breakfasts or lunchs, when a summary of trends is briefed.
